Permeability Lab is the core of Labthink Laboratories, and is the first Chinese professional lab for researches on high polymer permeability mechanism and testing method. Permeability Lab is equipped with about 30 sets of gas permeability testing instruments and water vapor permeability testing instruments that comply with all the barrier property testing standards worldwide, and can test barrier properties of films, sheets, bottles, bags and special shape packages for oxygen, water vapor, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, helium, air and other common gases. Besides, this lab has the testing capability for special gases. This lab can provide testing services for packaging, cosmetics, tobacco and wine, rubber, construction, astronautics and aeronautics, and so on. The technical strength, testing experiences and testing capability of this lab have reached world leading level.

Fogging Lab is the profession testing lab for automotive non-metals, and equipped with several sets of testing instruments as fogging tester and permeability tester. This lab emphasizes the researches on the causes of glass fogging of passenger cars and the deterioration of air quality inside vehicles. Meanwhile, this lab executes innovative researches on fuel tank oil & gas barrier property as well as tire pressure safe maintaining. Fogging Lab can provide testing services for plastics, textiles, leather and non-woven in automotive, construction, astronautics and aeronautics.

This lab also takes the data testing tasks of the relevant subjects. Equipped with world leading organic gas permeability testing system and several sets of advanced chromatography testers as well as complete auxiliary facilities, this lab can establish organic gas permeability testing and solution residue quantity testing, so as to provide professional testing services for packaging, cosmetics, tobacco and wine, rubber and so on.
