TSY-T1 Water Vapor Permeability Tester is applicable in water vapor permeability test of barrier materials such as plastic film and laminated film. Users can control and adjust the technical index of packaging materials by testing the water vapor transmission rate. This equipment is designed and manufactured according to standards GB 1037, ISO 2528, JIS Z0208, ASTM E 96, and ASTM D 1653.

Principle
Saturated water vapor transmits through specimen in a unit time under specified conditions of temperature and humidity. Determine the transmitted mass by testing the decreasing weight of distilled water with time going.
Performance
Before test, just input parameters of pre-heating time, test temperature, and so on. Tester will finish the test automatically and print out test results.
Computer can enable the function of sorting store and sorting search. The test results can be displayed in data and curve.
Calibrate with standard poise, easy to calibrate.
