PERME  TSY-W1 Humidity Detection Method Water Vapor Permeability Tester

PERME TSY-W1 Humidity Method Water Vapor Permeability Tester is applicable in water vapor transmission rate tests for plastic films, laminated films and various barrier materials employed in medical and pharmaceutical industry, as well as polyester foam, leather, textile, and non-woven materials, etc. The water vapor permeability rate testing can control and adjust the technical indexes of materials, so as to meet application demands.

Principle
Clamp the specimen in between the dry and humid constant-temperature chambers, the sensor in the testing chamber detects the humidity change and traces the time spent from the preset upper limit data to the preset lower limit data. With constant and repeated measurement as well as systematic analysis, water vapor permeability rate and water vapor permeability coefficient can be obtained.
Performance:
Before testing, preset the temperature, humidity and other parameters. The rest process and the final results will be done automatically after start.
According to the actual requirements, users can preset one or several groups of parameters to test the water vapor transmission rate under different conditions.
Convenient specimen clamping and easy maintenance of testing cup;
Four kinds of materials can be tested at simultaneously, and can be tested in any group according to actual requirements.
Through computer processing, users can store, query, print and display in chart, so as to achieve thorough analysis and inspection of the production process.
