Recently, Labthink welcomed the expert delegation from her Nigeria clients, Decent Poly Bag. After a whole day’s careful investigation and comparison, the delegation accomplished the acceptance inspection of Labthink Lab-construction Plan. And this is another example of the overseas approval and acceptance of Labthink’s professional package testing research achievements.

        The whole procedure lasts five months, from the initial contacts in March, to the accomplishment of the acceptance inspection in late August. There have been many rounds of meetings and discussions between the bilateral experts in production, sales and quality-control, as well as several times of mailing and taking-along sample testing and evaluation by Labthink labs for this client. After the initial investigation and analysis, the whole lab construction plan launched in three steps: firstly, depending on her many years experiences in lab construction both at home and abroad, Labthink provides the first draft of the plan. Secondly, Decent Poly Bag sent an expert delegation for visiting the booth of Labthink in the International Exhibition on Plastics and Rubber Industries in Shanghai; and provided the modification of the draft and their questions. Thirdly, taking into account of Decent Poly Bag’s present situation and complying with international testing standards, both sides formulated an individualized lab testing plan through mutual efforts. This plan has been approved by the president of Decent Poly Bag Industries Ltd, and has also received positive responses and praises from Decent Poly Bag after publicizing within the company. Before carrying out the lab construction plan, one of the subsidiary companies of Decent has placed a purchase order from Labthink, which is another example of Labthink’s professional reputation.

        Both parties cooperated meticulously in the following lab construction and instrument selection stage. Especially for the instrument selection, both parties made a thorough investigation of the relevant domestic and foreign testing standards as well as broad information collection, thorough evaluation of quality, price and services, etc., and the on-site factory and product inspection. What’s the most mentionable is that, Labthink, as the main supplier in this plan, took the least time to accomplish inspection because of her strict delivery control system, of which every product have to go thorough several inspection procedures before shipment so as to provide assured quality products.

        Now, Decent Poly Bag ranks the second in Nigeria with the annual productivity of 65,000,000 tons. The company aims to double this figure next year to be the biggest and best package producing company in Nigeria. They believe the lab construction plan of Labthink can never be underestimated in the realization of this goal.
