“Thank you sincerely for the affectionate hospitality of Labthink and everything you ‘ve done for us”. This is what I want to say when I am leaving. On 19th, March, two strict and conscientious officials from General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of Iraq together with me accomplished the after-purchase training satisfactorily in the headquarters of Labthink. Reviewing the entire process, I want to say: Labthink’s training work is perfect. And of course, Labthink staffs have given us great help even before we came here training.

　　As everyone knows Iraqi War has ended 5 years, but shots and explosions still occur continuously. Therefore, medical products have become short supply commodities. Meanwhile, tests for the medical products also become the top priority, which officials of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of Iraq need to consider. Entrusted by them and under the help of my Chinese friend, I found Labthink.

　　The first meeting was on a Saturday afternoon. We had dated on 11:00 am, but owing to the unsuccessful negotiation with the first supplier, the meeting was postponed to 2:30 pm. I apologized for disturbing Labthink staffs’ weekend and the repeated delay, but they had no complaint. They received us smilingly, and served us coffee in the reception room ... All of those warmed our hearts. Through the qualities of those staffs we could see the company’s management and its future. From the first moment I met Labthink staffs, I felt I had found the very supplier that I could trust completely.

　　As to the tests of medical rubber, we probably need eight equipments; Labthink could provide some of but not all. I have already learnt from my friend, Labthink’s packaging testing instruments are the best in China. Considering efficiency, I requested Labthink to find a Chinese supplier for the remaining instruments to fully outfit the eight equipments. Because fund is limited, I could not give Labthink any reward for doing this. To my surprise, they agreed immediately. In the following week, they found ten suppliers and bargained the prices and models for us. Finally, they recommended two suppliers with good cost performance. For their efficiency and enthusiasm, what I could do was to thumb up constantly and said with the inferior Chinese, ‘thanks, thanks!’

　　Then I want to say something about the after-purchase training in Labthink. Before the agreed training time, the sales representatives of Labthink had arranged the engineers who were responsible for this training to communicate with me. And they had also prepared the reference materials and the operation discs for us. The consideration in all aspects is really comprehensive and attentive. For Labthink products’ high intellectualization and simple operation, when we began to train, it took us very short time to command the operation of all products. We knew a little about the testing standards owing to our restricted conditions, Labthink staffs printed lots of standards specially and explained them one by one... For their kind works, I could only said “thanks” to express our appreciation.

　　When I leave Jinan, I want to say, “thank you, Labthink”, though I know I cannot fully express my appreciation only by language. Finally, I wish Labthink would have brilliant in future!
