  Labthink step in Russia market successfully(2008-4-25)
 

  With spring drizzle, General Manager Mr. Ugnenko of UGNLab, our Russian agent, and two engineers arrived at Labthink headquarters in Jinan in high spirits. Both sides communicated and exchanged views on cooperation mode, instrument supply and transportation provisions. As a big company with 13 years’ experience in instrument sale, UGNLab is fully confident in bilateral cooperation. This also means that Labthink has step into Russia market successfully through the one-year’s advance of both sides.
 
  In order to acquaint the polymer testing market, UGNLab brought brochures of Labthink and attended 4 local professional exhibitions within half a year and translated the leaflets of popular products into Russian according to customers’ requests. UGNLab also uploaded products of Labthink to website. With the trend of good-neighbor and friend relations, products of Labthink obtained enormous approval from Russia customers, especially those who have already purchased instruments from Labthink. The engineer of UGNLab paid return visits to customers of Labthink instruments before the cooperation; and the customer gave high appraisal which beyond their expectation. Mr. Ugnenko said smilingly, “In the past, we had thought the prices of Chinese products were inexpensive and the quality is just passable. Recently, we visited a customer who bought your instruments 2 years ago. To my surprise, the quality of the instruments is perfect. We have no reason to neglect these high cost performance products...”
 
  While UGNLab was making investigations and studies, Labthink also promoted its products in the local market — advertising on the local media, finding latent customers through various ways, confirming long-term partnership with UGNLab and giving positive assistance to UGNLab’s promotion work, etc. “Before cooperating with Labthink, we have never met such a company that doesn’t haggle over temporary gain and loss and always thinks for the partners...” Mr. Ugnenko said emotionally.
 
  The engineers are affectionate to the instruments emotionally. After the commercial consultation, engineer Ms. Kolos and Ms. Melik-Bagdasarova came to the professional laboratory of Labthink. They acquainted instrument performances, software parameters, and operation processes one by one. They were still with high interests when it was time to get off the duty.

  Just like the thank-you note Mr. Ugnenko wrote to Labthink, ‘Now, we have finished our short but effective Chinese trip, and will return to Moscow to implement our great cooperation plan. Although this trip is very short, we are honored to see every one of you, and witness Labthink’s attainment in package testing; we believe that our cooperation could bring excellent results.
