Recently, the proficiency testing project of check and accept conference, 2007 was convened in Jinan, which was organized by Laboratory and examination supervision department of Certification and Accreditation Administration of P.R.C. The project of “Plastic Packaging Material Permeability Test—the test of OTR and WVTR” was undertaken by Labthink which through approval smoothly and gain highly appraisal by CNCA and expert on the scene.

 

        The leader of CNCA presided at the conference. According to the conference agenda, the expert who participates check and acceptance formed the verification expert group. At first, the leader of Shandong Institute of supervision and inspection on Product Quality gave a collective report for the proficiency testing. In report, the leader highly affirmed labthink’ work on the proficiency testing. And then, the main person in charge for proficiency testing gave a detailed report of concrete implementation process to this project and introduced each work of Labthink taken for it. The leader highly appraised Labthink’s achievement as soon as he acknowledged Labthink’s profound influence in domestic and abroad. At the same time, the expert and leaders of CNCA also gave a full affirmation for the cooperation between quality testing organization and outstanding specialized enterprise, which solve the special topic together.

 

        Later, the expert inquired the key point about the proficiency testing work report in different aspects and the report group gave detailed reply for it. Finally, the expert gave a collection for this proficiency testing and announced final result: the choice of confirmation specimen which provides by Labthink is reasonable. The homogeneity and stability data confirmed to the national proficiency testing requirement, the data statistical analysis is scientific. Hence, the confirmation of OTR and WVTR approved smoothly through the expert and the entire proficiency testing achieved completely successful.
