Recently, a new type thickness tester（CHY-CA thickness tester） being able to test thickness of specimen continuously and automatically is successfully developed in Labthink. It employs automatic drive system for specimen advancing with a advancing velocity of 0.1㎜/s ～99.9㎜/s, which has greatly improves test efficiency and can completely meet customer’s demand on highly efficient and continuous testing. It is simple and convenient for Parameter setting of this instrument. It has a wide range and the spacing of measured points is 1㎜/s ～1000㎜ while the number of measured points is 2～99. With its unique design, the specimen being measured can advance without contamination, thus better securing the accuracy, reliability of test results. This instrument can be easily operated. The whole test process automatically finishes by only pressing down a button, with which human interference is avoided, labor intensity is reduced, and test efficiency is improved.

 

     This instrument employs contact measure method and is not restricted by materials. Test data are displayed on large screen clearly and visually. During test process, the maximum value, the minimum value, the medium value and standard deviation can be real time displayed. With its Rs232 communication port, this instrument can connect to powerful computer software. It can display three kinds of figure-fluctuation curve, deviation curve and circular coordinate graph, with which users can better observe and analyze the measured results. This instrument also possesses manual testing function, thus individual point of specimen can be tested manually. Of course, CHY-CA also inherited the people-oriented design principle of Labthink.
