In recent years, with the rapid development of flexible package industries, film enterprises witnessed a fast expanding of the scale. The salient feature of this instrument is its high test efficiency. With the six-station design, it can test six specimens in one time and can test them simultaneously. Since this tester equals to six single-station tensile testers, test efficiency is greatly improved. The second salient feature of this instrument is its super big stroke of 1200mm, which can satisfy test requirements of various films. Its third salient feature is the powerful function of instrument software. The six testing curves, visual and object, can be understood with one glance. this tester can perform tests of tensile strength and deformation rate, abruption force and deformation rate, hot tack, tearing strength, 180°peel(including T peel) , and 90°peel and can provide data of rated force test, elastic ratio, and stress-strain. It can carry out superposition of group test curves and analyze the maximum value, medium value, minimum value and standard difference. There are three kinds of test results available for setting, six alternative statistical results and multiple test speeds for selection.
