With the improvement of people's living standard, consumers begin to have higher demands to the quality of clothing, food, housing and transportation, especially of food, beverage, medicine and automobile products. Since quality of these products is closely related with people's life, it becomes the focus of attention of numerous enterprises and manufacturers. Among them, quality control of material is an important aspect of product quality. To help material suppliers have a better understanding of their product quality,Labthink Lab will offer service of commission for specimen testing to the society publicly.
1.Testing Scope:
1.1 Film permeability testing:

1.2 Oxygen permeability testing of various bottle package and bag package:
  Common testing products: beer bottle, coke bottle and mineral water bottle.
1.3 Automotive interior decoration testing:
1.3.1 Atomizing testing
Scope of material: foamed materials, textile, non-woven fabrics, leatheroid, leather, instrument board, headlight, and cushion material, cotton cloth; Test the atomizing property of raw material in the state of liquid, paste, powder and solid.
1.3.2 Auto gas permeability testing
  Leather, leatheroid, non-woven fabrics, thermal insulating film, battery diaphragm of various kinds
1.3.3 Water vapor permeability testing
  Leather, leatheroid, non-woven fabrics, fabrics

  Various adhesive products

• Testing period of specimen longer than two weeks is an exception
• Testing cannot be carried out for unexpected factors is an exception

4.Things to be Noted
4.1 Labthink Lab is only responsible for testing data and will not involved in solving legal disputes.
4.2 Requirement of specimen:
Appearance of specimen: No crease, no scratches, no pinholes and no contamination; package specimen without crumple, without contamination, without sloughing of permeable layer and no extrusion from outside force.

4.3 Customers should provide information such as the full name, specification, material ,batch number of specimen and information about whether specimen should be returned.
4.4 Make clear the testing basis, testing standard and orientation of gas transmission.
